HOW DO I ENROLL?
ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE
ENROLLMENT OPENS 2/1/21

1. DECIDE IF YOU PREFER MWF OR T/TH. WE RECOMMEND 3
CONSECUTIVE SESSIONS FOR OUR BEGINNERS.

2. SEND US AN
EMAIL WITH THE REQUESTED SESSIONS AND
THE BEST TIME FOR YOU (RANGE PLEASE). PLEASE EMAIL
DIRECTLY TO
PAM@SWIMCHAMPSGO.COM.
FOR EXAMPLE: I WOULD LIKE 20 MINUTE PRIVATES ON
MWF/SESSIONS 2, 3 AND 4 BETWEEN 1:00 AND 4:00.

3. WE WILL CONFIRM THE TIME AND DATES AVAILABLE AND
ATTACH THE ENROLLMENT PACKET.

4. PAY YOUR
$50 DEPOSIT PER SESSION/PER CHILD AND SEND
US THE ENROLLMENT PACKET.  THIS WILL COMPLETE YOUR
ENROLLMENT. IF THE DEPOSIT IS NOT RECEIVED SAME DAY,
THE REQUESTED SESSION(S) WILL OPEN.

5.  PRIOR TO THE START OF YOUR SESSION YOU WILL RECEIVE
A REMINDER BY EMAIL WITH HELPFUL INFORMATION.

*WILL MY CHILD KNOW HOW TO SWIM AFTER ONE SESSION?
We recommend 3 sessions for our new swimmer to gain and retain skills, build confidence and comfort in the water.

*WHY DOES MY 2 YEAR OLD HAVE TO WEAR A REUSABLE SWIM DIAPER IF THEY ARE POTTY TRAINED?
Accidents in the pool are not a result of a child being potty trained or not. Accidents occur because the child does not
have the communication skills to let the instructor know in a instant that they have to use the restroom. This policy is
not negotiable and is for the safety of everyone.

*WHY IS IT IMPORTANT FOR MY CHILD'S EYES TO TOUCH THE WATER EVEN WHEN THEY ARE CRYING?
We introduce "eyes in" on the very first day. A child or adult will not get over the anxiety of getting their eyes wet until
we show them and begin the process. This also helps us build trust and breath control. The longer we wait to introduce
"eyes in," the longer the anxiety will build. This stage is brief and usually ends by the third lesson.

DOES SWIMCHAMPS OFFER MAKE UP LESSONS?
We do not offer make up lessons or refunds. If your child attends or not, our instructors are being paid and ready to
teach. We will only schedule make up lessons if we have to cancel due to weather or unexpected events out of our control.

WHY CAN'T I ENROLL OVER THE PHONE?
We are happy to answer any questions you may have over the phone, but we will conduct enrollment and communication by
email. This helps us stay organized when we are enrolling hundreds of swim lessons.
